A Case Study: Anti-aging

Introduction:
Below we are attempting to show if hGH
formula plus can raise hGH levels by monitoring the IGF-1
levels in saliva. It is shown that increased levels of hGH can
decrease body fat, elevate mood and improve sleep, increase thickness
of skin and reduce wrinkles, increase cardiac output and stamina,
enhance sexual performance, improve the effective immune system
function, restore muscle mass, restore hair and hair color, increase
energy and develop a more youthful feeling, improve memory, increase
longevity and quality of life, enhance wound healing and improve
bone mass.
Objective:
The present case study has examined the effect
of using hGH formula plus by Unitropin. The study is to see whether
or not hGH formula plus can increase the release of above bodies
natural Humane Growth hormone.
Research design and methods:
Subject # 1 is a 38 yr. old
male weighting approximately 200 and 20 pounds. Subject was given
six tablets per day and was instructed to take three tablets in
the morning and three before bed for five days. Then take no supplements
for two day's and repeat cycle. No exercise was added to patient
daily activities also no dietary changes were recomended. Subject
was also instructed to avoid taking any new supplements or medications
during study if possible. Subject did not take any other supplements
or medications other than a few generic aspirins.
Subject # 2 is a 35 yr. old
female weighting approximately 100 and 55 pounds. Subject was
given six tablets per day and was instructed to take three tablets
in the morning and three before bed for five days. Then take no
supplements for two day's and repeat cycle. No exercise was added
to patient daily activities also no dietary changes were recomended.
Subject was also instructed to avoid taking any new supplements
or medications during study if possible. Subject did not take
any other supplements or medications.
Human
Growth hormone levels will be monitor by using a pre supplement
and post supplement 5 ml saliva sample. Both sample collections
were frozen and mailed to the DagnosTech International lab for
testing and evaluation.
Saliva samples were tested for any changes in
IGF-1 which is a peptide hormone produced in response to the secretion
of growth hormone. IGF-1 levels are relatively constant, and is
a superior indicator for growth hormone.

Results:
Subject #1
Subjects sample # 1 was taken September 1st,
2000 and shows IGF-1 level 128.7 ng/dl.
Subjects sample # 2 was taken October 25th, 2000
and shows IGF-1 level 134.0 ng/dl.
Subjects samples demonstrates a 5.3 ng/dl or
4.12 % increase in his IGF-1 free
saliva level during the first several weeks of
supplement consumption.
Subject #2
Subjects sample # 1 was taken December 3rd, 2000
and shows IGF-1 level 95.3 ng/dl.
Subjects sample # 2 was taken Janurary 14th,
2000 and shows IGF-1 level 110.3 ng/dl.
Subjects samples demonstrates a 15.0 ng/dl or
6.35 % increase in his IGF-1 free
saliva level during a six week period of supplement
consumption.
Conclusion:
This case study demonstrates that while taking
the hGH formula plus the subject's release of Human Growth Hormone
did increase. Since research has already shown that increased
levels of Human Growth Hormone are beneficial in anti-aging. We
can therefore extrapolate, that taking hGH
formula plus could help reverse the age related deterioration
of the body.
