HGH The Human Growth Hormone

What I've Learned about HGH The Master Hormone

Side Effects of Prescription Hgh

The risks of prescription hgh injections have been shown to include the following hgh side effects:
carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, ear & nose growth and edema.
These hgh side effects were experienced when high prescription hgh injection dosages were given. Numerous studies have shown that these hgh side effects can be reduced or eliminated by using a low-dose higher frequency prescription injection method. Under this method the person takes a prescription Hgh injection twice daily.
It is also important to note that natural hgh releasers don’t have any of the above side effects, but do have some cautions of there own.

There is a reason that Hgh Injections are only available by a prescription in the United States. The reason is due to the potential side effects of these prescription injections, as well as the risk of infection from poorly done injections. A qualified physician specializing in anti-aging is useful to manage and monitor the treatment.

Another potential risks of hgh is the elevation of blood sugar.

Elevation of blood sugar can cause fat cells to break themselves down and release free fatty acids into the blood stream. The risks of hgh caused by these free fatty acids, is that these free fatty acids, as energy molecules can be taken up by organs and be used for energy. When our muscles are consuming free fatty acids as a fuel, they are far less interested in sugar, therefore they tend to resist the effects of insulin, and extract less sugar from the blood. At the same time, growth hormone can increase glucose output from the liver to the blood. This combination of potential hgh side effects can raise blood sugar and raise insulin levels, neither of which are good. Fortunately, this is only a problem in people who eat a diet high in sugar and starch, and do little exercise.

Therefore in order to eliminate some of risks of hgh, it is important to consume a diet fairly low in sugar and starch, and to exercise regularly.

    Dosages For HGH Injections

HGH For Injection is a powder that must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water just prior to injection. It must be refrigerated and remains stable for only a short time after reconstitution.

    HGH injections
The amount of HGH used by Dr. Daniel Rudman in his 1990 study, 16.5 IU (international units) divided into 3 doses per week, is now considered too much due to the side effects seen. The latest studies suggest that benefits can be obtained while lowering the risk of side effects by giving smaller, more frequent doses.

Lower doses such as 4-8 IU per week are prescribed and are divided into 2 doses per day for 6 days a week. Patients are taught to give themselves a subcutaneous injection upon arising in the morning and at bedtime. No injections are taken on the 7th day.

The proper dose should be prescribed individually, depending on the age and condition of the patient. Qualified physicians begin with low doses such as 0.5 IU per day and slowly increase the patient’s dosage in 0.5 IU monthly increments as needed.

It should be noted that usually the older the patient, the more sensitive they are, so older patients may require a smaller dose than younger patients. Some authorities believe that dosages of over 2 IU per day will cause side effects.
